1. Construction Challenges
A client from Chifeng, Inner Mongolia encountered hard limestone during foundation pit excavation. Traditional construction methods were slow, causing delays to the whole project schedule.
2. Custom Solution
Our team analyzed rock structure based on on-site photos and recommended a diesel-powered pump station with two DL250 rock splitters. Workers drilled holes 30-40 cm apart with a depth of 50 cm. The rock splitter was used for pre-splitting, followed by manual pickaxe for debris removal. The client commented: “This tailored solution perfectly fits our site conditions, very professional.”
3. Excellent Application Results
After using our equipment, construction efficiency was greatly improved and overall operating costs were effectively reduced. Adopting hydraulic splitting technology, it replaces risky blasting, eliminating safety hazards and environmental pollution. It works well for granite, basalt and all kinds of hard rocks. The client praised: “Our work speed rises sharply and costs go down obviously. The rock splitter is reliable and we are fully satisfied.”
Rock splitters apply hydraulic mechanical principles to split rocks internally with precise force. It raises working efficiency greatly while avoiding dangers and pollution from traditional blasting. Ideal for all hard rock breaking tasks and a reliable helper for engineering projects.
