The site had tough hard limestone, while breakers and blasting were banned for noise and dust control. The client originally used 4 manual jackhammers, with a low daily output of only 30 tons, causing slow progress, high labor costs and tight project profits.
Customized Solution
After communicating with the client, I tailored a silent rock splitting solution for the residential working environment. I matched a complete set: 25-type drill, 6 DL250 rock splitters and 8HP diesel power station, with standard 0.8m×0.8m hole spacing and 1m drilling depth. I also delivered on-site guidance to ensure standardized and efficient operation.
Measurable Results
The DL250 solution greatly boosted on-site performance. The daily output rose to 500 tons, improving efficiency by over 15 times, while labor input was cut by 60%. It reduced overall project cost by over 40% with zero noise, dust and resident complaints, fully solving the client’s hard rock construction bottlenecks.
